Rivendell Festival 2026

Rivendell Festival is a 500 capacity independent music festival held in the woods near Cockermouth, Cumbria. Running for over seven years, it's grown into a well-established small festival that focuses on quality live music, a friendly atmosphere, and a magnificent nature filled surrounding.
There are three main stages:
The Glade - set in a woodland clearing
The Shack - a striking larch-clad stage for bands
The Marquee - a tented space
The Army Tent - a tent hosting DJs across a wide range of genres, from dub to psytrance and beyond
The line-up mixes live bands and DJs, with emphasis on emerging talent and acts that deliver strong performances rather than chasing trends. The crowd is capped at 500, so sets feel close and personal without the chaos of larger events.
Alongside the music you'll find camping space, independent food vendors, and a well-stocked bar. Everything is on a manageable scale, so you spend more time watching music and less time queuing.
