Ed Bentley's Afro Jazz Express

Ghanaian musician Ed Bentley has been resident in the UK since the early 70’s, carving an illustrious career on the international jazz scene as a fine pianist and organist.

With 8 albums and regular work with high-profile artists (Percy Sledge, Hugh Masekela) to his name and a fan base that includes Sir Paul McCartney his trademark, swinging, organ-led music is the real deal.

Tonight he brings to the Club his latest project “Afro-Jazz Express” performing music he describes as “Afro Cross Rhythms with Jazz improvisations & Blues influences”.

Also featuring Dave Priseman-trumpet, Sam Dunn-guitar & Richard Bailey-drums.
