Pride Goes Punk is BACK in 2026 for Chippenham PrideFest! After the roaring success of last year we are back with another INSANE line up of local LGBTQIA+ and ally talent.

Back at the Old Road Tavern where our inaugural event took place in 2025, we are excited to fill the Barn with queer joy and unbridled punk chaos once again!Suggested donation is 10 but please pay as much as you can afford.

Wil Hodgson is Chippenhams own awardwinning, cultfavourite, nonbinary punk storyteller a standup icon whos been a cornerstone of the local scene for over 20 years.

Known for their oneofakind delivery, love of wrestling and 80s toys, and brilliantly oddball tales of West Country life, theyve long been the heart and host of Chippenham Comedy Club in the Barn so bringing them back to compere this gig just feels absolutely right.

Expect sharp humour, chaotic charm, only in Chippenham energy and that unmistakable Wil energy holding the whole night together.SCARE BEARS - Scare Bears are a brandnew, ferocious queer postpunk threepiece from Bristol, making noisy, melodic chaos for fans of Petrol Girls, Illuminati Hotties, and Gang of Four.

Their debut single Scapegoat dropped in early 2026 heavy, political, and impossible to ignore.
