Ever wondered what captures your baby’s attention? At the Sussex Baby Lab, we’re fascinated by that same question!

Ever wondered what captures your baby’s attention? At the Sussex Baby Lab, we’re fascinated by that same question! Our latest study explores whether babies are naturally drawn to patterns found in nature, such as leaves, clouds, and waves, using a non-invasive, baby-friendly eye-tracking game.Your little one will watch a series of natural scenes (a bit like watching telly!) while we track where their eyes move.

This helps us understand how babies see and make sense of the world around them. We’re inviting babies aged 0–12 months to take part in this exciting study.

It’s completely safe, non-invasive, and a lovely opportunity to contribute to real scientific research — and to see what fascinates your baby most!Your baby won’t leave empty-handed! As a thank you for contributing to science, you’ll receive a sensory baby book, a cute T-shirt, and a certificate to celebrate your little one as an official Baby Scientist!
