Reading Heroes: Make a Treasure Chest

Join us for an adventure filled afternoon! We'll start off by reading "The Treasure of Pirate Frank" - a story about a treasure hunt with a big surprise at the end.After the story, things will get a little messy as we paint our own treasure chests and make some gold doubloons from salt dough to go in them. Maybe we can trick Captain A. Eye into thinking we've got a real treasure trove?Reading Heroes is our free children's summer reading scheme aimed at ages 4 to 12 - join up at any Lancashire library.
