Tandem at Ten, From Page to Performance: How to Start a Scratch Theatre Company

As part of their Tandem at Ten Festival of Words, Writer/Producers Jennifer Adam (Ivor, Play, Pie Pint; HER, Strange Town) and Mhairi Quinn (Billie, Rolled Up Productions; Roots and Fruits, Mr Tumble, Balamory BBC) invite you to a FREE practical workshop aimed at emerging writers looking to get their work out there.Tandem Writing Collective is playwright-led Scratch Theatre Company that began sharing stories in pubs in 2016.

Since then, they have produced 102 performances of 58 individual plays at 26 events, presented work at festivals and worked with over 70 creatives.

Tandem at Ten is their second Creative Scotland funded project.If you are new to playwriting join Jen and Mhairi as they talk through their journey so far, sharing their lessons and learning over the last ten years.
