Richard's song repertoire covers jazz standards of the Great American Songbook, heartfelt ballads, classic swing tunes and Bossa Nova. Richard has an extensive jazz and jazz influenced repertoire which appeals to audiences of many tastes. Rick is a regular performer at Ronnie Scotts, the 606 Jazz Club, Pizza Express Dean Street, The Vortex and the Bulls Head, and he has appeared at larger UK venues such as the Royal Festival Hall and the Purcell Room. Howard plays regularly on the Reading & Oxford jazz scenes and runs Goring Jazz monthly gig showcasing some of the best local jazz musicians.
