Watching the Weather - a Poetry Picnic to Bidston Observatory

This is a unique opportunity to combine a visit to the iconic Bidston Observatory, now the Bidston Observatory Artistic Research Centre, with a special viewing of the Chris Packham initiated peoples emergency briefing film about the challenges of climate change and the chance to share and create poetry inspired by the Observatory and the film.Our day at the Observatory will start informally from 11am with the sharing of environmental poems to get us in the mood, followed by the film at 12 noon.

Preliminary writing and discussion time will happen over lunch followed by poetry creation and reading back.
