Dr. Swapnokalpa Dasgupta is an acclaimed Odissi dancer, teacher, and choreographer from Mumbai.

Swapnokalpa Dasgupta is an acclaimed Odissi dancer, teacher, and choreographer from Mumbai.
A student of Padmavibhushan Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra and his disciples, she has led the Dance Department at the NCPA for 13 years.
She is the recipient of prestigious awards, including the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar and the Kanak Nartan Puraskar.
Holding a doctorate in Dance and a Masters in Arts Management, she founded the Odissi department at The Bhavan, London, and frequently conducts workshops worldwide.
