Otala

Following the 2025 release of their EP ‘Fire! To The River’, Otala will reveal the culmination of a year’s development and transition on the 22nd April 2026 - “Better Than The End”.A band often defined by their rejection of genre limitations, Better Than The End acts as a fresh and unique branch on the ever expanding tree of Otala’s musicality, tumbling from syrupy harmonies into deep, swelling post-rock crescendos with grace.

From the immediacy of the opening track, A Chase, to the sprawling odyssey of the two part Lord Only Knows, Better Than The End refuses to pull a punch.Otala consists of Oscar Thorpe (Guitar, Vocals), Rory Allen (Bass Guitar), Charlotte Foulkes (Saxophone), and Jacob Wing (Drums).
