Art & Joy Annual Exhibition

Art & Joy is a friendship and wellbeing focused group based at the Hollinshead Centre in Chorley. Every year we proudly display the art that our members have been working so hard on. We believe in making art available and accessible to all!
We invite you to join us as we celebrate the 5th birthday of Art & Joy and our amazing artists.
Your Friday ticket grants entry to the grand opening 6.30pm - 10.30pm. All ticket sale proceeds will go into the running of Art and Joy. We value and appreciate your support!
FRIDAY Grand opening night -
- Doors open 6.30pm, wristbands are cash only on the door, last entry 10pm
- Complimentary prosecco
- Welcome speeches and gallery unveiling
- DJ set by DJ Jason Marx
- Snacks and nibbles
- Closing speech/doors close 10.30pm
Dress code: Dress comfortably and express yourself!
Saturday (11am - 5pm) and Sunday (1pm - 4pm) are free entry, we are open for gallery viewing, tea/coffee and a doodle table where you can chill out and chat to like minded people.
Arriving by car: There is free, limited parking on the Church car park. Nearby car parks Hollinshead Street, Flat Iron, Portland Street and Friday Street are all free after 5pm.
Arriving by public transport: We are a short walk away from Chorley train station and Chorley bus station.
Children are welcome at the discretion of parents, as some art may not be suitable for young eyes.
There is limited seating, if you can't find a place to sit please speak to a member of staff who will assist you. They will be wearing lanyards. There will be music and lots of conversations so ear plugs will be available for those with sensory needs! We can't wait to welcome you!
