Music on the Mintons: Ellis Murphy

A musical performance will take place within the Great Hall every Friday throughout the Minton Tile Reveal, featuring a blend of traditional and contemporary artists.Ellis Murphy is a Liverpool singer songwriter hailed as a “Scouse Bob Dylan” for his powerful vocals, raw acoustic style, and emotionally charged storytelling.

His folk driven sound has been gaining momentum across the city, with critics praising his gripping lyricism and the intensity of his live performances.All ticket sales directly support the upkeep of St George’s Hall, with donations also going directly to the St George’s Hall Charitable Trust, which works to preserve the Hall for future generations, as well as the restoration of the Willis Organ.Please enter via the North Hall Entrance (opposite the Walker Art Gallery).
