Over the last couple of years, we have seen AI-driven humanoid robots trialled in factories around the world. Before long, humanoids are going to appear in public workplaces and, eventually, in our homes and daily lives. But the jump from controlled lab and factory environments into the dynamic and unpredictable real-world presents complex challenges.
