Residents of Woodley are invited to put their knowledge to the test at the Mayors Charity Quiz Night on Friday 23rd October, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm at the Oakwood Centre.
The event will raise money for the Mayors chosen charities: Woodley Festival of Music & Arts and The Woodley Volunteer Centre.The evening promises a lively atmosphere with a cash bar, nibbles provided, and a raffle offering a variety of prizes, with all proceeds going directly to the charity.
Attendees are encouraged to bring cash for raffle tickets on the night.The Mayor is also appealing for donations of raffle prizes to help maximise fundraising.
Anyone who can contribute is asked to contact Cllr Darren Smith, or the Town Council.
