Infant Massage

Join our free 5-week Infant Massage Group, designed for parents and carers with babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months. This welcoming programme offers a wonderful opportunity to learn safe and effective infant massage techniques that can help strengthen the bond between you and your baby while supporting their emotional and physical wellbeing.Throughout the course, you will be guided through a range of massage techniques that can help promote relaxation, improve communication, encourage positive attachment, and support your baby's comfort and development. Sessions also provide valuable one-to-one time with your baby and the opportunity to meet and connect with other parents and carers.The course is delivered in a relaxed and supportive environment where families can learn new skills, build confidence, and share experiences with others who are at a similar stage of parenting.Venue: Maden Family Hub, Rochdale Road, Bacup, OL13 9NZ
