RACHMANINOV Symphonic Dances Op 45Join us as we end the 2025-26 season with three works composed forty years apart. Wagners opera The Mastersingers of Nuremberg dates from 1862; Liadovs evocative settings of Russian folksongs from 1906; and Rachmaninovs last great orchestral work from 1940, with gorgeous melodies and brilliant orchestral textures, composed when he was living in New York.We will be announcing our 2026-27 programme and schedule shortly and if you are interested in purchasing a season ticket or have any other questions please contact tickets@forestphilharmonic.org.uk
