Bach by Candlelight

The Festival Orchestra are back for our traditional 'Baroque concert for the New Year'. In the first half, a selection of beautiful baroque arias with talented emerging artists from the Royal Academy of Music, before the festival orchestra play three of Bach's uplifting Brandenburg Concertos. The 13th-century surroundings of St Mary's church are heightened by a stunning setting created with hundreds of candles.Programme includes:
