Your session begins at 9.45am at the Furnace Café, where you’ll be welcomed with tea or coffee before meeting your fellow delegates and your chef.Your chef will introduce you to the Christmas menu and how the session will run, talking you through the dishes you’ll be preparing and sharing tips on ingredients, preparation and timing. You’ll then be assigned your own workspace in our fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the beautiful Bodnant Welsh Food surroundings.With step-by-step tuition, you’ll work through a selection of festive recipes in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. You’ll learn useful techniques to help you prepare Christmas food with less stress, from getting ahead with preparation to creating dishes that look and taste fantastic.Whether you’re an experienced cook or simply want to learn some new festive recipes, the tuition is fun, practical and easy to follow, with our chef and Cookery School team on hand throughout the session to offer help, advice and encouragement.All ingredients, equipment and an apron are provided, with drinks available throughout the class. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to cook, taste and learn, while picking up ideas that you can use when entertaining family and friends over Christmas.At the end of the session, you’ll leave with new skills, recipe notes and your own festive dishes to take home and enjoy, as well as plenty of inspiration for your Christmas cooking.Please remember to bring suitable containers with you so you can take your dishes home.Come and spend a fun and festive morning with us,!Unfortunately we are unable to tailor recipes in this course with substitutions for dietary requirements or allergies as it can significantly change the composition and outcome of the dishes.
