You may already know Felsmann + Tiley’s reinterpretation of M83’s ‘Solitude’, a track that has over 200 million streams to date, but not be aware of the brilliant duo behind it.Since meeting in 2003 on a German music production forum, Dominik Felsmann and Patrick Tiley have followed a creative path that has led to multiple releases, production credits and DJ gigs around the world.Felsmann + Tiley’s passion for putting their own stamp on vocally driven tracks shines out on Protomensch, where the darkest shades of shimmering synthwave, pounding trance and introspective IDM are illuminated with alt-pop vocals by featured guests, including Pet Deaths, The Kite String Tangle, Woodes and Laius.The duo’s visually charged sound has secured high-profile syncs, including their reinterpretations of The Irrepressibles’ ‘The Most Beautiful Boy’, used in the Netflix series Young Royals, and M83’s ‘Solitude’, which scored the Season 3 trailer for the BAFTA-winning series Top Boy.The ticket price includes a £2 venue restoration levy.Presented by Southbank Centre.This is an 14+ event
