Journey to the Scottish islands of Great and Little Todday, where wartime rationing has caused a catastrophe - the whisky has run dry! Salvation arrives when a ship carrying 50,000 bottles runs aground offshore.

The islanders hatch a mischievous plan to rescue the precious cargo before pompous Captain Waggett can intervene.
