Infant Massage

Join our free 5-week Infant Massage Group, designed for parents and carers with babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months. This welcoming course provides an opportunity to learn safe and gentle massage techniques that can help strengthen the bond between you and your baby while supporting relaxation, communication, and emotional wellbeing.Through guided sessions, you will learn a range of massage strokes and techniques that may help soothe your baby, encourage positive interactions, and create special one-to-one time together. The group also offers a chance to meet other local parents and share experiences in a friendly and supportive environment.Venue: Whitworth Library, Lloyd Street, Whitworth, OL12 8AA
