Starting at Swansea’s lively station this walk takes you past a fabulous art gallery, a 19th century former library, host to scenes from Doctor Who, and a vast array of modern shops before arriving at Swansea’s ancient Castle. Next circle a leafy church dating back to the 12th century before opening out into the marina quarter, home to a modern museum and a host of places to sit, eat, drink and watch the boats go by!2. The Waterfront - 1 mile / 1.6 kms
From an historic art and crafts gallery you’ll effortlessly pass the fascinating Swansea Museum, a magnificent hotel, and a centre dedicated to the works of Swansea-born Dylan Thomas. Next cross the superb Sail Bridge before taking a leisurely stroll alongside the River Tawe with its myriad boats.
