When Katherine Brewed

A group of modern day workers (A&E Nurse, Postman, Resident Doctor, Primary School Teacher and Regional Organiser for UK Sex Workers' Union), accompanied by a medieval "Drummer Boy" and a timeless working-class "Mother", tell the story of the Peasants' Revolt during the summer of 1381.

The result is a riotous, raucous, satirical and gory piece of theatre with music - which draws parallels between the political dilemmas of 1381 and those of today.
