The Six Bowls: A Creative Exploration of Water, Place and Imagination
Join artists Robbie Coleman and Jo Hodges for a playful, hands-on workshop exploring our relationship with water.
Using The Six Bowls, a participatory artwork that brings people together to imagine more just and resilient futures, well spend the day discovering the ecological, cultural and imaginative life of water in the Glenkens. Together, we'll create a series of interactive encounters inspired by the original Six Bowls project.
We'll begin at CatStrand before taking a gentle walk to the nearby Mill Burn, gathering objects, observations and thoughts. Back indoors, we'll use creative activities to explore how water connects people, places and ecosystems, transforming the day's discoveries into small encounters that invite us to see water in new ways
No artistic experience or specialist knowledge is needed for the workshop.
