SOULTIME is a London- based contemporary jazz quartet led by trumpet-player Steve Fishwick and pianist Leon Greening.The quartet was formed in 2022 and primarily draws its inspiration from the iconic jazz of 1950s and 1960s America, featuring reworkings of music from legends of the hard-bop era including Bobby Timmons, Harold Mabern and Lee Morgan. The band's repertoire also features original material from the pen of the leaders, both of whom have gained exceptional reputations worldwide playing with a variety of internationally recognised jazz artists. The rhythm section is rounded out by bass player Matyas Hofecker and drummer, Matt Home, both of whom are in-demand players on the UK scene.The band has played shows at London's Ronnie Scott's Club, Pizza Express Dean Street and 606 Club as well as further afield in the UK.Expect hard-swinging, soulful tunes and infectious grooves!Steve Fishwick- Trumpet
