Parkland Explorers: Hedgehog Houses

Head to the wildflower meadow behind the museum to discover hidden wildlife and make habitats for hibernating hedgehogs using recycled materials. This outdoor family activity is a chance to enjoy nature, play games and learn more about these fascinating animals and their homes. If it rains, the session will take place in the museum’s Create Space, making arty hedgehog houses instead.
