Remember the days when there were only a handful of nightclubs in Sheffield? They were the only places to go after the pubs were done at 11 pm. You'd pay to get in and they went on till 2 am. Josephine's at Barkers Precinct was Sheffield's No. 1 Nightclub. A place where you had to dress up properly to get in. The place to be seen.
Thursday nights were party nights, Friday nights were singles nights and Saturday nights were couples nights.
Monday's was Funk, Soul, Disco, and R&B night.
