Join us for Good Food, Great Company, a friendly 4-week cooking group as part of the Time Well Spent Festival. This welcoming group is designed to bring people together through food, helping to build new friendships, improve wellbeing, and grow confidence in the kitchen. Over four weekly sessions, you'll learn how to prepare simple, healthy, affordable meals while picking up practical cooking skills and healthy eating tips.Come along to enjoy good food, meet new people, boost your confidence, and discover the positive impact that cooking and sharing meals can have on your wellbeing. No previous cooking experience is needed. Just bring yourself and a willingness to get involved!FaqsWhat are the session dates?

There is free onsite parking available.Is this programme suitable for wheelchair users?
Yes, the community centre is fully accessible for wheelchair users, and has accessible toilets available too. If you would like to discuss access to the venue before your programme please call the Aspire Health and Wellbeing Team on 01924 307811Some things we would like you to consider:Wear flat non-slip shoes with covered toes
Please tie long hair back
If you have gel nails or gel varnish this is fine but other types of nails will need to be covered with gloves (provided)
If you have a clean apron to protect your clothes this will be helpful to bring
Bring a reusable container for taking food home inCan I bring a friend?
