Take part in a range of activities including writing letters to Santa, making reindeer food, Christmas games, a tombola, lucky dip, Christmas surprise boxes, make a decoration, play the handmade arcade and much more.

You're welcome to come and go downstairs throughout the event and stay as long as you like.Upstairs, your magical Christmas journey begins at your booked time slot.

You'll be greeted by one of Santa's elves, who will guide you through a special Christmas experience.

Visit Mrs Claus for a festive story, meet Santa himself, choose a gift, and finish your adventure with some time to relax and explore our sensory room.This event has been designed to be welcoming and inclusive, creating a magical Christmas experience for all.Your 30 minute time slot is for your Elf, Mrs Claus and Santa experience only.
