Drawing the Goddess – Figure drawing with Karen Strang- Callendar House Creative Sessions

This workshop explores 3 important figures in the Celtic and Roman pantheon of myth -
Epona, Minerva/Brigit and Coventina
These 3 archetypes cover a good deal of women's practical and spiritual lives c100-300 in the local area between Dumyat and the Antonine by Falkirk, from wisewoman, warrior to horse woman. Costumed dancers will create slow moving poses offering a unique insight into the imagination and mythology of the time, inspiring creativity as you draw. Easels and materials provided.
