Blacksmith Workshop - Poppies

Join your friendly neighbourhood blacksmith for a unique experience, not to be missed, creating a metal poppy.This guided ironwork workshop offers a chance to slow down, learn a traditional craft and create something meaningful. With expert guidance throughout, you'll work at the forge to shape and finish your own piece, ready to take home at the end of the session.All safety gear, tools, materials and expertise will be provided.There will be sparks so please don't wear open toed shoes and don't wear anything you wouldn't have on near a bonfire.
If you are shorter than 4 foot 5 I'm afraid this one is not for you.
You wont need to be Hercules to do this but be aware this does require you to be able to swing a hammer!Duration: 2 hours
Ages:14+ but under 18's need a paying or non paying adult to stay with them.
