Greyfriars Guided House Tour Ringwood

Come and find out about Greyfriars from the Georgian era as a private house through its journey to the community centre that you see today. We will be giving tours through the old house with our resident historian Mary Baldwin , come and see unseen areas of the house and find out about the Carter family and the more recent links to the Hamiltons.Small groups will be taken into the cellar to explore how the family may have lived.
Some steep stairs and uneven ground, please wear suitable shoes and keep this in mind if booking. The downstairs area of Greyfriars is completely accessible.
This is a free event although donations to this wonderful community centre are very welcome.Partial Wheelchair Access
