This year's double-bill consists of the greatest love story ever told, in the tale of Romeo & Juliet; followed by the hugely entertaining historical murder-spree that is Richard III.Shakespeare's take on the dastardly rise to power of Richard, Duke of Gloucester.

In the aftermath of the Wars of the Roses, Richard subverts King Edward IV from the throne; has the young princes murdered in the Tower of London and manipulates Lady Anne into marrying him.
