Moolakii Club Audio Interface is proud to present John Biddulph performing Hibakusha: a new live work honouring the survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, known as the Hibakusha.Created as a meditation on memory, grief, peace and the human cost of nuclear warfare, the piece combines electronic textures, acoustic sounds, fragments of testimony and the fragile beauty of a Japanese children’s song.

Voices are stretched, processed and transformed into haunting echoes, drifting between remembrance and reflection. Also performing is Beau Beaumont, bringing a second live set of atmospheric electronic sound, texture and reflection to the evening.Alongside John and Beau, we are thrilled to welcome the Asylum Link Merseyside Choir, performing traditional songs from their home countries.

Their presence brings another powerful layer to the night: voices of community, displacement, resilience and shared humanity. We will be donating to Médecins Sans Frontières and Asylum Link Merseyside.A reflective evening of immersive electronica, diasporic choral song and music against conflict.
