Boswell Children's Festival

Calling all families! Join us at the Boswell Children’s Festival, from 9–10 May in the gorgeous grounds of Dumfries House, Ayrshire.Our authors, illustrators and mischief makers will be back, with a programme of fun filled activities for young readers and their families.

There will be interactive readings, writing and drawing workshops, trails, quizzes, and games held in our storytelling centres and around the woods and paths of Dumfries House Estate.With 2,000 acres of grounds, picnic areas, cafes, an adventure playground, gardens and a maze to explore as well, it all adds up to a fantastic, affordable, and fun-filled family friendly weekend.Join us for a welcoming day of reading, learning, play, and honing the skills of your young budding writers and artists!
