The son of the renowned blues & boogie UK pianist Ben Waters, Tom toured the world with his Dad from an early age and since then, graduated from London’s Royal Academy of Music, going on to record and play with such household names as the Rolling Stones, Jeff Beck, Ray Davies and Jools Holland’s R&B Orchestra.
You get the idea… he is very very good.
He also leads his own band, which thus far has appeared at the London Jazz Festival, Cork Jazz Festival, Glastonbury, London Blues Festival and other prestige dates here and in Europe.
Tonight, along with Joe Garland-guitar; Cody Moss-keys; Jaz Moss-bass; Jon Onabowu-drums and James Larter-percussion Tom and the band will celebrate the music and legacy of the legendary saxophonist David Sanborn.
