City Funk Orchestra began life in 2010 with a 6 month residency at City Of London's exclusive Club Ten before taking their finely polished, authentic brand of 70's/80's dance/funk to the South London venues that remain the heartland of true Brit soul fandom and where the bonding with soul music aficionados was instant.

This outing puts together two outstanding British soul voices with the peerless Imaani (Incognito, Chaka Khan, Gloria Gaynor) alongside the force of nature that is Mary Pearce (Prince, Primal Scream, Calvin Harris, Culture Club).
