Music in the MuseumLaunching in August, Low Parks Museum will offer a varied programme of afternoon entertainment each month with its Music in the Museum programme.Delight in hearing the eighteenth-century Assembly Room filled with music to suit a wide variety of tastes, courtesy of a selection of top-class musicians from across Scotland.

Join us on the second Thursday of each month at 2pm for an engaging opportunity to enjoy quality live music in the afternoon.13/08/2026 The Haver String QuartetA genre defying string quartet comprising of four friends on a musical adventure!10/09/2026 The Silver KeysAn eclectic multi-national clarinet quartet based in Scotland, passionate about bringing chamber music to audiences of all kinds.08/10/2026 Trio BrioA classical guitar ensemble formed at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where all three members are currently studying.

They share a strong interest in making music together, as well as a passion for exploring the guitar's chamber repertoire.12/11/2026 Troppos Ensemble (multi-instrumentalist group)Troppos plays music that wants to be danced to, presenting audiences with passion packed programmes featuring the sounds of Spain and Latin America.
