We've all got lots of different versions of ourselves. But have you ever wondered what your inner critic, your chaotic goblin, or your dramatic diva self actually looks like? Its time to find out.Welcome to a delightfully off-the-wall, hands-on workshop for adults who want to get playful and explore what makes them tick. Led by a registered dramatherapist and a professional prop maker, this session is a reflective, experimental playground designed to help you connect with the weird and wonderful cast of characters living inside your head. This isn't your average "sit-and-talk" group. Instead, were using the magic of object theatre and three-dimensional crafting to externalise the different "parts" of ourselves.Together, we will:Explore:Gently tune inward to identify the different voices, roles, or moods we carry.Experiment: Raid the scrap bin! Learn how to play with textures, fabrics, wire, and odd materials with techniques you can copy at home/Create: Form, stitch, and build a physical puppet that represents one of your unique inner parts.Absolutely zero artistic skill, theatrical talent, or craft experience is required. This is about process, play, and curiosity, not perfection! Come along to experiment, make a bit of a mess, and walk away with a brand-new, completely custom creation that is uniquely you.Important info:Date & Time: Sunday 25th October, 10am 5pm
