Kent Country Music Indoor Festival

Yeeeeehaw! Country & Western Events are bringing yet another festival to Kent & this time, it'll be at The Mercure Hotel in Maidstone!
This indoor country music festival see's live country artists performing throughout the day & headlining will be the UK's No1 tribute to Ella Langley & a fantastic band performing hits from Luke Combs.
Full line up is:
Ella Langley Experience, Luke Combs Band Tribute, Smokin Mavericks, Billy Bubba King & Tom Wilson.
Enjoy line dance sessions during the day with our callers Saz King & Claire from Boot66, our country DJ's Matt & an amazing atmosphere.
No chance of rain or storms stopping the big day as we'll be holding this event inside the hotels largest room the Heart Of Kent suite.
Seated & standing tickets available. Please note, no chairs are to be brought into the venue. Due to this being an indoor festival, we cannot accommodate chairs being brought to the venue so if you wish to sit down, you must purchase a seated at a table ticket. These tickets are limited & we encourage you to book fast! Once they are sold out, there will be no more available.
The day promises to be upbeat, fun & all about the best genre, Country & very much music focused
We will have a rodeo bull ride for y'all to have a go on. £5 per ride. PLUS, we'll have some fun games for the little cowboys & cowgirls but one extra thing for the big cowboys & cowgirls, your very own Saloon Bar Shootout which is free of charge to have a go at. Amusements will be available from 1:30pm - 6:30pm.
T&C's - Tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled. No food or drink to be brought into the venue apart from sealed bottles of water. Food & drink will be available via the hotels bar & food vendors included the famous & ever popular Cowshed On The Hoof. Parking is available at a charge, this is separate to the event itself & Country & Western Events. A full security team will be on hand through out the day to ensure a safe & enjoyable day. Bag searches may be carried out. Last entry is 6pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance. All food & drink purchases are separate to Country & Western Events. Any complaints or issues with food or drink must be directed to the relevant vendors.
1. General Terms 1.1. By purchasing a ticket to Country & Western Events Festival, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as set by Country & Western Events. 1.2. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Tickets 2.1. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-amendable. 2.2. Tickets must be purchased in advance; no tickets will be sold at the event gates. 2.3. Admission to the event requires a valid ticket & not to be screen shots. Screen shots of tickets will be classed as void & will be rejected at the entrance. 2.4. 2.4. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder at all times.
3. Event Policies 3.1. The festival will proceed in all weather conditions; no refunds will be issued due to adverse weather. 3.2. The promoter reserves the right to: Amend the event lineup at their discretion. Alter the timing of performances, facilities, or lineup without liability to the ticket holder. 3.3. If the event is cancelled by the promoter, guests will be offered an alternative event to attend. Booking fees are non-refundable. 3.4. The promoter, or their agents, reserve the right to refuse entry or enforce eviction from the festival site without liability or refund.
4. Admission Requirements 4.1. Admission is subject to search; refusal to comply with a search may result in denial of entry. 4.2. Possession of prohibited items may lead to refusal of entry or involvement of law enforcement. 4.3. Prohibited items are not permitted within the festival gates.
5. Alcohol and Re-Entry 5.1. Heavily intoxicated guests due to drugs or alcohol will be denied entry. Anyone found to be heavily intoxicated due to alcohol or drugs during the event will be removed from the premises without further warnings.
6. Liability 6.1. Country & Western Events is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries sustained during the festival, except as required by law. 6.2. The event is held subject to the appropriate licenses from relevant authorities.
7. Personal Data 7.1. Personal information collected during ticket purchases, applications, or registrations is controlled by Wild Promotions Limited. 7.2. Data will be used only for the specified purposes made clear at the time of collection. 7.3 All personal data is handled in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
8. Guest Responsibilities 8.1. Guests are responsible for verifying festival gate opening times. Arrivals outside of operating hours will not be facilitated, and no refunds will be provided. Last entries will be 6pm. 8.2. Guests are expected to respect the festival policies and staff. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
