EARL OKIN is one of the country's premier Jazz and Bossa Nova singers
Self-accompanied on guitar and piano, also renowned for his legendary 'vocal trumpet' solos.
He is also one of the UK's finest songwriters.
To make him a triple threat, he has also been a headline musical comedian
on the UK's dangerous comedy circuit since the early 1980s.

He began his career by being signed to the same company as the Beatles and recording his first single at Abbey Road in 1967. His songs were recorded by Cilla Black, Helen Shapiro and Georgie Fame etc.
In the 70s, he performed at Folk Clubs alongside people like Billy Connolly
and became in demand as opening act on major tours from Fairport Convention to Van Morrison. The last one was opening for Paul McCartney & Wings.
In the 1980s, apart from performing at the Comedy Strip alongside, Rik Mayall, French & Saunders etc., he guested on several top talk shows...Michael Parkinson and Russell Harty in the UK, Gay Byrne in Ireland, Jo Soares in Brazil etc.
He performed 500 times over 18 years at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
He has sung alongside Jazz giants from Benny Carter to Milt Hinton, Adelaide Hall to Cleo Laine, Barney Kessel to Stephane Grappelly, etc...
...and given concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, Ronnie Scott's etc. and at Festivals literally around the world.
He has recorded several CDs including one on the SONY label in 2003.
