Soundbath: A Ritual of Resonance

Set in a quiet parish church hall, this 90-minute soundbath is a chance to stop for a while and simply listen.

Live acoustic sound from gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells fills the room as you lie down and relax.

No experience or skill is needed.Bring a mat and a blanket if you have them — a few spares are available.

Chairs are available if you would rather not be on the floor.There is level access to the main areas and a ramp at the entrance.
