About:
Brandt and Temple are putting up a chandelier. A party has formed in the other room. An acquaintance, a very Private Man, drifts between them, showing off his privateness. They need to connect the chandelier to the current. They abstract it instead. Longlisted for the 2026 Hans Gratzer Prize, Crawl is a gesture towards a new absurdism in Edinburgh from German playwright Till Schindler. It is a wryly funny, linguistically brilliant and visually striking riddle on what it is to inherit a nonsensical world — and the desire to not switch the big light on.

Pianodrome Bruntsfield is at The St.Oswald's Center at 41 Montpelier Park, Bruntsfield, Edinburgh EH10 4NB, just parallel to the main street and next to the primary school. It has an accessible entrance and an accessible toilet. Please get in touch if there is anything else you'd like to ask or tell us prior to your visit.
Concessions
We do not check your right to a concession or name your price ticket. If you feel you can afford the full price please select this ticket. However, concessions prices are there to help anybody attend the show - if you need a lower cost ticket you are in the best position to determine that. No questions asked.
Accessibility
