Cta's Christmas Event: Social Afternoon

JOIN US FOR A SEASONAL GET TOGETHER, this year to be held in the Cinema Museum, Elephant and Castle which opened in 1998. If you have visited this 'Aladdin's Cave' of cinema memorabilia before, then you will certainly know what to expect, and almost certainly you will see some new additions to the collection. If this is your first visit to the Cinema Museum, you are certainly in for a treat.
The programme for the afternoon will include:
An illustrated presentation by CTA Vice-Chairman & Casework Chairman: Richard Gray, based on images included in his new book 'The Cinema Palace, Lost and Found'. Copies of the book will be available for sale at the special CTA Members price 32.00, making an excellent Christmas treat for yourself or a friend.
Following an Intermission where you can socialise and enjoy a glass (or two) of wine or soft drinks together with seasonal snacks, you will be treated to a selection of vintage short films and a cinema documentary to entertain you on the big screen.
A cash bar will remain open after the presentations and the event will conclude at 5.00-5.30pm.
