The Legacy Lives On | Show BioThe Legacy Lives On is a celebration of dance, talent and the journey of Born to Dance by Ellie Marie.Following the passing of Heather in December 2025 and Miss Sue in February 2026, the school entered a new chapter when Miss Sues niece and Heathers granddaughter, Ellie Bancroft, took over Born to Dance in March 2026. This years show celebrates the schools history while looking forward to its exciting future.Featuring dancers aged 218, the show will showcase an exciting array of genres, from the elegance of ballet and tap through to jazz, lyrical, acro it will also showcase musical theatre and commercial which is a first for Born To Dance.As a special tribute to Miss Sue, we are delighted to welcome some of her past students back to the stage for a very special performance, bringing together dancers from different generations of the school.Ellie is a graduate of the prestigious Urdang Academy and a three-time World Acro Champion, bringing her professional training, experience and passion for dance to the next generation of Born to Dance students.The Legacy Lives On is a celebration of where the school has come from, the people who have shaped it, and the exciting future that lies aheadThe Legacy Lives On
