Growing up playing Bach’s solo violin partitas herself, her Pulitzer Prize winning piece ‘Partita for 8 Singers’ takes inspiration from the suites’ structures.

In this performance, we put Bach’s Partita No.2 in direct conversation with Shaw’s Partita.
