Compete like a professionalAP Race is proud to introduce a new learning experience within our amazing community, AP Race Masterclasses. With a maximum capacity of 30 swimmers per session, this opportunity has been meticulously designed for swimmers who want to go beyond participation and truly understand performance. Each Masterclass explores a specific performance theme, allowing swimmers to develop clarity around why they are doing something, not just what to do.Strong performances begin long before the starting signal. This Masterclass explores how elite swimmers structure their warm-up, manage downtime and recover effectively between races. Swimmers will gain clarity on how preparation influences confidence and performance outcomes.The session includes discussion and practical examples around physical activation, mental focus, race routines and recovery strategies. Swimmers will learn how to build consistency into their competition approach rather than relying on emotion or instinct.By the end of this Masterclass, swimmers will have a framework they can apply immediately at their next meet. The aim is to develop repeatable competition processes that support performance across multiple races and sessions. Joining you on poolside will be our very own Head Coach, Will Bell and our experienced support coaches to ensure you get the very best out of the session.Please note, in order to attend this masterclass, you must be aged 8-17 years old, and part of a competitive swimming club. Age is based off the day of the masterclass you wish to attend. Spaces at each Masterclass are limited and the whole booking process will take place through Ticket Source, our Race Clinics booking partner.
