Paper Conversations

Join Olivia for a gentle, creative workshop to rediscover the art of letter writing and become part of the slow ink movement!Together, youll explore a brief history of handwritten correspondence before being guided through a series of simple exercises designed to help you reconnect with your authentic voice.

Youll experiment with form drawing and opening lines to help you find your flow, and youll leave with a bank of letter-writing prompts to take home.

Youll also learn how to make an origami envelope before choosing whether to write a letter to someone you know, or donate a letter to a stranger.Letter writing is about connection on many different levels, so theres no need to worry about your handwriting, and you wont be asked to share anything you write.

This workshop is simply an invitation to put pen to paper and experience the joy of slow communication in a fast-moving world.Olivia is passionate about the power of paper, ink, and the written word to build community.

Letters can act as paper bridges between people, carrying care, creativity, and connection across distance and time.
