James Aldred - a Wagon in the Woods

When the Emmy-winning wildlife film-maker and author of Goshawk Summer (winner of the 2022 Wainwright Prize for Nature Writing) tracked down an old horse-drawn wagon he had played in as a child, it transported him back to a magical summer in the New Forest 40 years ago, awakening in him a desire to relive this magic with his own young family.
