The group based itself around the juxtaposition of Snarky Puppy inspired, large scale compositions, combined with restriction and intimate chemistry of a trio.

The type of musical bond which makes instrumental acts Azymuth and the early iterations of the Yussef Dayes Experience so compelling. They honed their sound across Manchester's hubs of UK Jazz including legendary venues Band On The Wall and Matt & Phred's, venues they still frequent now.2025 saw a major shift for the group, with less focus placed on jazz-adjacent qualities they had previously favoured.

Now a quartet, the group consists of four Manchester based producers, composers, session musicians and instrumental virtuosos, who now like to refer to their music as, simply, "songs without words" - at least, that's the term they use to describe their unreleased debut album "Little Man", as they play it for the first time across the UK and in Europe this Autumn.+support tba
